You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days, strictly from the delivery date. All sale items are final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered in a resalable condition and original clear bag. A free shipping label will only be available for exchanges or store credit within the US. An applicable restocking fee of 15% will be assessed in merchandise received without original packaging. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags, attached. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise. Pre-paid return labels are currently available for U.S. orders only. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after they receive your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 is only valid for orders within USA. They use ground shipping that may take up to 2-10 days. They ship all orders with "Signature Confirmation required" for security purposes. Please make sure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package on the delivery date. If no one is available, you will be required to pick up your package at the nearest USPS facility. They are not responsible for any other additional duties, taxes, or fees applied when shipping internationally. Additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. They do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Russia, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela. International DHL (2-3 Business Days) costs $48 for 1-2 items and $60 for 2-5 items. If the tracking information for your delivered package is "CONFIRMED" or "DELIVERED" by their shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service), they are not responsible for packages that were left unclaimed, got lost, or stolen after they were delivered. If a package is returned to them, they will only issue store credit if there are no damages. If for any reason your package is lost by their shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service) and there is no proof of delivery, they will cover the damages. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
